Help Pick A Contest Winner!

Among other tools, the Aurelians enjoy a newfangled invention called the “camera obscurata.” Rumor has it, this device actually captures a human likeness!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words.

Words have a certain power, of course. After all, what’s that other saying? “The pen is mightier than the sword.” If that’s true, too, then pictures are considerably mightier than the pen. Which, come to think of it, kind of makes the sword obsolete, right?

But I digress.

While we’re on the subject of weapons—or pictures—however, I’m pleased to share a collection of self-portraits by the denizens of this season’s AURELIA: Edge of Darkness. Some may even feature swords. Or pens. Or …

Okay, so the metaphor’s stretching a bit thin.

These fine folks, and the actors who portray them, are locked in a heated battle, competing for several packages of super awesome never-before-released Aurelia swag. On Saturday, February 1st, the votes will be tallied and announced for the audience prize. Another will be given for the Aurelia staff favorite.  And come to think of it, there just might be something fun in it for one randomly-chosen commenter who shares their top three picks below.

So without further ado, here they are. The curious. The courageous. The candid. The can-do. The … Aurelians!

PS — I’m also happy to say that The Aurelia Bestiary is finally up for sale! Grab your copy of this full-color monster manual here.
